My Microsoft ads account got suspended before I even created a campaign .

I got this message 30 mins after creating the account and loading 100$ into it,

"Your access to Microsoft Advertising is currently blocked

We have detected unusual activity in your Microsoft Advertising account. As a security precaution, we have suspended your account and blocked your access.

You can no longer sign in with this user name or email address.

To resolve this issue, please contact Support."

I have never used microsoft ads before, this is insane. I feel like they robbed me of my money. I didn't even do anything.

When i contact support they say they cant even tell me what the issue is.

Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

    Same issue happened with my individual account. Just created a new account, added funds and and started a campaign. Then in 6 hours I get an email that my account is suspended. Holy ****! Now I must first verify my account and appeal...which may or may not fix the issue. They just took my money and left me in the dark. Ridiculous!

    I can't be sure...

    These massive platforms are a Law onto themselves and do not answer to anyone, they make the rules to suit themselves and absolutely refuse to cooperate with anyone.

    support agents only get to see the same information as you see, so it's a pointless exercise going there for help.

    I guess you just wait and hope that common sense will prevail at some point in the future..

    They never learn from lessons of the past and refuse point blank to even contemplate that their AI algorithms can get it wrong.

    A case in point:

    Over 700 managers of post offices in the UK were convicted of fraud because of major flaws in the IT systems the Post Office had in place.. A software called Horizon was consistently showing discrepencies in accounts.

    Many were sent to prison, others were bankrupted, lost their homes, were shunned by local communities and classed as thieves. Some of these people got so desperate, they took their own lives.

    All this because the Post office refused to acknowledge that the Horizon software was flawed.

    These convictions are now being overturned and a Public Enquiry is taking place..

    But too late for many of these wrongly convicted managers and postmasters.

    So is there a way for me to delete a past Microsoft advertising account that I have made? Or am I stuck forever suspended for the rest of my life?
