My Microsoft ads account got suspended before I even created a campaign .

I got this message 30 mins after creating the account and loading 100$ into it,

"Your access to Microsoft Advertising is currently blocked

We have detected unusual activity in your Microsoft Advertising account. As a security precaution, we have suspended your account and blocked your access.

You can no longer sign in with this user name or email address.

To resolve this issue, please contact Support."

I have never used microsoft ads before, this is insane. I feel like they robbed me of my money. I didn't even do anything.

When i contact support they say they cant even tell me what the issue is.

Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

    Bing is banning ads from certain industries that they don't agree with. What industry are you working in?

    I think it's just a way to deflect. I hope I am wrong for badasha's sake but given the responce and the lack of transparency (or to at least give a reason), I don't think that delay will yield anything.

    Had the exact same thing happen today. My favorite question was, “did you file an appeal?” Answer, “no that’s not an option here. It says to contact you.”

    Rep literally did nothing so I’m sure this 14 day wait window will yield nothing.

    I used a business email - they said they would review it and that someone would call me back. They scheduled a time to call me but never did, I called the same afternoon and the representative said the decision is final.

    They also said don't take it personally lot's of people get banned.
