I’m trying to enroll in the Windows partner program so I can activate dev mode on my Xbox. Every time I try to go to the link (https://aka.ms/activatexbox) I’m brought to the partner Center homepage with no option to add my code from my Xbox. I’ve been trying for a couple days and on 3 different devices but I keep getting this “Microsoft runs on trust” error. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I had the same issue when I was trying to get up to the page but now my access has been denied to actually get onto the page second putting the code I don't know why
