Trying to get a phone number from my direct routing solution in teams to show for a dynamics CC voice channel.
I've followed this link however under Manage Telephony and Teams Phone system within Dynamics CC I press the Sync from Teams and there's no errors but it just isn't pulling the numbers over.
I'm sure I've missed a setting somewhere.
