Unable to link Microsoft Learn profile with Work email due to domain restriction

Hi, During an internal session, we were instructed to link our Microsoft Learn profile (personal email) with our corporate TCS email ID. It was advised to do this on a personal laptop.

However, when I try to link the accounts from my personal device, I receive the following error: “TCS COM PROD domain joined devices. Access from personal devices is not allowed.”

I’m unable to proceed with scheduling my certification exam due to this issue.

Could someone please guide me on how to resolve this? Is there an alternative way to complete the linking process?
