Hi,
We have issue to Connect RDP, But inside software working fine, But unable to access RDP

could you please confirm the exact RDP error message or code, whether the issue occurs from all client networks, if RDP worked previously and whether any recent changes were made, whether TCP 3389 is allowed at network security group?

Could this be a firewall issue? Try momentarily disabling the Windows Firewall to test.

Yes, this could be a firewall issue.

RDP requires TCP port 3389, which may be blocked by Windows Firewall. As a quick test, temporarily disable the firewall and try connecting again. If it works, re-enable the firewall and allow the Remote Desktop inbound rule instead of leaving it disabled.
