My UEFI file signing submission keeps in "Review" state for over 10 days

Hi,
I submitted a UEFI file signing submission on 5/6. Submission link: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/hardware/filesign/submission?productId=14629033144433941. Now, the submission keeps in "Review" State for over 10 days. Do someone know the reason? What should I do for the next step?
