Azure App Service is a service used to create and deploy scalable, mission-critical web apps.
The request is Blocked
While accessing the configuration or deployment center option of an Azure App service, it shows the message "The request is blocked". It seems to be a generic issue from the Azure side. I had the same issue last week and resolved it automatically, but it raising again. Please help me resolve the same.

- Verify that your Azure user or service principal has the appropriate Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) roles assigned to access and manage the web apps and the Deployment Center
- Check the status of your web apps in the Azure portal. If a web app is experiencing issues (e.g., deployment failures, scaling problems), it might affect access to the Deployment Center
- Navigate to your App Service → Networking → Access Restrictions, and ensure your IP or network isn’t blocked
- Stale data might cause conflicts. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies
- Test in a private browsing session to see if the issue persists
- Temporarily turn off ad-blockers or security extensions that might be interfering with the request.
- Try accessing the Deployment Center using a different browser
