Session access is denied when AzureAd users trying to login

I have installed the Windows RDS CAL 2025 license to my Azure VM with Windows 2022 Server. After installation I was unable to login more than 2 users. To resolve this I did run some PS commands. Since then, Local Admin and one Virtual Machine Administrator are able to login but no Virtual Machine Users (azurad remote desktop users) able to login. I want to revert back to my previous state.
