what is windows shell experience and why do i get a window telling me to ask for permission to use it

When I log in, a window opens on my desktop with "Microsoft family features" in the heading, telling me to ask for permission to use "Windows Shell Experience". My account is the adult account in my family and there should not be any Microsoft family restrictions on my account. Why am I getting this window?

Did you do the filp flop on the parent/admin account or the child account?

it was the parent account.

Did the same sequence of switching between the Microsoft and local admin accounts and back, and after a couple of cold restarts the notice to ask an adult for a permission stopped popping up on the screen (it did show up before that only after the cold starts, i.e after a complete power off).

I will further monitor the PC's behaviour to see if it changes overnight, but at the monent it would appear the problem has apparently been somehow solved.

PS Nope, no luck, the issue has come back
