Network file sharing not working between Windows 11 & Windows 10

Hello, we have an office where there are several Desks, recently one of the employees upgraded their computers from windows 10 to windows 11, we had all of the computers set up for Local file sharing over the network, now for some reason since the upgrade, the Win11 PC can still see all the other Win10 PC's but none of the Win10 PC's can see or access the Win11 PC, we checked all the settings, and nothings changes, SMB is enabled on all PC's, and running same IP address's, file sharing in the network sharing center is still all turned on.

Any idea what caused this?

    It's a fundamental flaw in Windows. Windows Hello, the recommended default login process, does not recognise it as a valid login. You must disable Windows Hello and login using your password. Networking then works fine. You could reenable Hello, but I can see no reason why you might want to.
    Microsoft needs to mend this FUNDAMENTAL FLAW in Windows as a priority.

    I'm not sure if you've tried my solution I posted a few responses above yours. It seems to have helped some people.
    Not tooting my own horn. Just hoping everyone can have a solution for until MS gets around to fixing this ridiculousness (which will probably be never). They'll probably not fix it so they can get everyone on Win 11.

    Thank you for the suggestions. I'll look into along with the one about Hello. Some added findings in case anyone reads this and can off any ideas. I was able to add Everyone as a security permission for Desktop drive E and was then able to have Laptop2 map to it. Tried the same for C and F but the Desktop won't allow me to complete adding Everyone to each drives security permissions - ends up with an 'Error Applying Security... Failed to enumerate objects in the container. Access is denied.' And without adding Everyone to drive F on Desktop, I'm not able to map from Laptop2 but mapping from Laptop1 works fine. So another can of worms opened as I really need mapped access to drive F more than C or E. And recalling that I think Desktop may have originally been pre Windows 10, ownership of files and folders might play a role in not being able to apply the security permissions properly. I just don't know which rabbit hole to go down at this point and really just want my new Windows 11 Laptop2 to behave like my Windows 10 Laptop1 has since I got it 2 1/2 years ago.

    Still no luck with any of these solutions...

    I might add that my issue is solely an issue when trying to connect a Windows 10 system to a Windows 11 system, when the Windows 11 system is connected to my router via wireless/Wi-Fi...

    When the Windows 11 system is connected to the router via wired-Ethernet/RJ-45, it works fine.

    In both cases (whether Wi-Fi or Ethernet) the Windows 11 system can connect to the Windows 10 system without any issues...

    Strange & annoying...

    Thanks for reply. The situation is that I now have things working, more or less. Two things seem to have helped: 1. I reset all the network components, router and wifi repeater (my laptop only has wifi network connection, and 2. time! The network seems to require significant time to settle down, measured in hours. Computers take time to register on the network, and it then takes time, and does not happen reliably, for them to appear in the NETWORK folder. For that reason I have all of them as Quick access items.

    Sorting out sharing on the W11 laptop was a serious learning experience; not only necessary to set up sharing but to sort our security as well (wonder whether that is cause of problems for others, as not very obvious. Microsoft seems to have abandoned facilitating networking in a home environm
