Network file sharing not working between Windows 11 & Windows 10

Hello, we have an office where there are several Desks, recently one of the employees upgraded their computers from windows 10 to windows 11, we had all of the computers set up for Local file sharing over the network, now for some reason since the upgrade, the Win11 PC can still see all the other Win10 PC's but none of the Win10 PC's can see or access the Win11 PC, we checked all the settings, and nothings changes, SMB is enabled on all PC's, and running same IP address's, file sharing in the network sharing center is still all turned on.

Any idea what caused this?

    I have this problem. I have completed all you suggested throughout this list. The only error that responds is this:

    All firewalls have been turned off. All services pertaining to sharing have been completed.

    No this was checked. Thank you though. My solution resolved the issue. Hello was deactivated but also checked.

    It's a bug with Windows Hello. Uncheck the login options box that says 'use only Windows Hello' and after logging in with a real password, it all works fine.

    Yes I do.

    I had the same issue with windows 10 to 11 network issue. As you stated the windows 11 PC had no issues seeing all of the shares. However the Windows 11 shares could not be accessed by the Windows 1 PC s .

    What I did was create a user/passwords for the windows 10 PC s on the network on the windows 11 computer and then had no issues browsing the shares on the Windows 11 PC.

    Please note that my shares on the Windows 11 PC had NO ISSUES prior to the computer auto upgrading to 11 OS. Only after the upgrade from 10 to 11 did this occur.
