Network file sharing not working between Windows 11 & Windows 10

Hello, we have an office where there are several Desks, recently one of the employees upgraded their computers from windows 10 to windows 11, we had all of the computers set up for Local file sharing over the network, now for some reason since the upgrade, the Win11 PC can still see all the other Win10 PC's but none of the Win10 PC's can see or access the Win11 PC, we checked all the settings, and nothings changes, SMB is enabled on all PC's, and running same IP address's, file sharing in the network sharing center is still all turned on.

Any idea what caused this?

    Yes. It was the simplest option even though it doesn't have secure boot, TPM or a supported processor. It works perfectly.

    Do you mean, you brought all of the devices up to Win 11? That is not an option for me. My Laptop is controlled by my organization.

    I've got round it by doing a force install of Win 11 on the laptop.

    I am experiencing a similar issue on a home network. The only difference, I can see the Win11 machine in the File Explorer. I was going to try to turn on the Firewall Logging, to determine if that would point to the issue, but I can't seem to location where that happens on Windows 11. Any hints?

    Yes, thats already been done, we have tried re setting up the network shares but for some reason the 2 win10 pc's cant see the win11 pc on the network, but the win11 pc can see the other 2 win10 pc's

    we tried even rebooting the network itself
