Remote Desktop Gateway frequent disconnects after KB5040430

After installing KB5040430, we are seeing issues on the Server 2019 Remote Desktop Gateway on RDS.

All users get disconnected approximately every 30-60 minutes, and the following is logged in the Application log on the RD Gateway:

The system was operating normally before the Windows Update.

What steps can be taken to resolve this issue please?

    I patched our server about two hours ago and so far so good. I have users that have been connected for over an hour and a half now. Before they were dropping every 15-30 minutes. Looks like we're good.

    Thanks all for your feedback.
    We installed the October patch 8 hours ago, and have had no issues.
    Hopefully we can put this behind us now.
