Hello,
To troubleshoot this issue, we'll need to gather more information and perform some diagnostic steps.
- Have you made any recent configurations changes or installed updates on the server or workstations?
- When you print a test page from a workstation, does it provide any specific error code?
- Have you checked the event logs on the server and on the workstations for any related errors or warnings?
How to turn on the Operational log:
• Open the Event Viewer on the client machine
• Expand Applications and Services Logs
• Expand the Microsoft folder
• Expand the Windows folder.
• Expand the PrintService folder.
• Right-click the Operational log, and click Enable Log.
•Open the Print Operational Event Logs - any errors generated on the print server console?

- Can you attempt to reinstall the printer driver on one of the workstations to see if that resolves the issue? Sometimes corrupted or outdated drivers can cause printing problems.
Best regards,
