How to find bitlocker recovery key with recovery key ID

I have an Dell laptop. For some reason today it opened to the bitlocker screen. I do not have any recollection of setting up bitlocker, nor do I have a key saved in my Microsoft account. The page is displaying a “recovery key ID” that it says can help identify my key, but I cannot figure out where to enter this to get my key.

I am also unclear on what will happen if I click “skip this drive”. Will that delete all my files or lock me out

This is what I get in my account "You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys uploaded to your Microsoft account".

Now, isn't MS who generated the Bitlocker recovery keys?" So, why it did not sve it in the users' account?

(1)   On November 15, 2022 I purchased a miserable 17" LG Gram that I thought will be wonderful for its sizable screen for a senior like my self. 

(2)     But it crashed due to the MS stupid BitLocker Key I didn't ask for, and it suddenly crashed my $1,650 laptop.  When I went to my MS account with the recovery key to get my Bitlocker but it was NOT there...!!   (3)  Neither LG or MS helped to mitigate this problem.Therefore I could not use my laptop due to this multiple problem.The Best Buy Geeks said I would have to say good buy to everything I save on the SSD which must be taken out, formatted to install a fresh Windows 11. (4)   MS is guilty in multiple ways:-#1-     It did not ask me or gave me the choice if I wanted this Bitlocker.#2-     The day the Bitlocker was imposed on me during initializing my laptop, there were not enough explanation about it.  But, there wouldn't be any time for an average user, or senior, to study such a program during the needed time to learn the machine.#3-    MS generated the Bitloker and should have automatically saved the it in users account its website. But, it did not.#4-    MS did not create a block in its web sit where the user could insert the Bitlocker ID for retrieving the Bitloker Recovery Key.Now, who is responsible for loss of data and sabotaging expensive machines of unsuspecting customers worldwide and should compensate for  remediation and time spent?CONCLUSION: This is a malty Federal Government agencies complain that every affected user should file starting with The Federal Trade Commission, and The Consumer Affairs.

I followed the instruction, which led to no where. This site says I "don't have any Bitlocker". 

But I do, because I received the key and Key ID number when I activated my LG-Gram on 11/15/2022. 

Now, I don't know what to do, since there is no provision in this site as to where I should post the "Key ID" that I have to retrieve my "Bitlocker".

My Bitlocker number is not accepted by my LG Gram laptop since its screen suddenly went blue and asked for Billocker.   And it did provided me with the "key ID" that I don't know what to do with.

Please make sure the site's page includes a block where to post the KEY ID, or the instruction is useless for all users and stop this problem.

Am I being victimized as to RANSOMWEAR??
