I have an LG gram laptop. For some reason today it opened to the bitlocker screen. I do not have any recollection of setting up bitlocker, nor do I have a key saved in my Microsoft account. I am also unclear on what will happen if I click “skip this drive”. Will that delete all my files or lock me out?

I can't tell which Microsoft account was used to create the key for my laptop. There is a key for my desktop on this account, but it does not work on my laptop. I have the key ID for the laptop though. Using the key ID, can a notification be sent to the Microsoft account so I know which one it is?
