Good morning,
I activated Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021 via telephone ID, in the "product information" screen it is ACTIVE, but I cannot edit any documents and "Product activation failed" appears in the top bar.
How can I solve it?

My MS office is not working. I don't know any product key. Please help in this issues

Is your Office the volume licensed version that is activated with MAK, or is it the retail version that requires binding a product key to your account and logging into that account to activate.
Has this Office been installed and used on other devices? If so, it is recommended to uninstall it from that device first.
Please search "CMD", right-click the "Command Prompt" and run as administrator. Then copy and paste the command below in it, click Enter at last:
cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus
(If you are running 32-bit Office on a 64-bit operating system)
cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus
Then copy the command results and paste here, I will check the information.

According to the "/dstatus" command result above, your Office is activated successfully via MAK.
Is other any Office product listed in result? Please make sure there is no other versions of Office installed which will confuse things when using.
Can your computer connect to the Internet?
Then I suggest you locate to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16, find OSPREARM.EXE file, right-click on it and hit Run as administrator.
