How to fix Azure AI Document Intelligence containers hanging ?

Did you try to increase required resources to the docker environment and restart the docker service?

Are you seeing any error messages?

Also, You could get more information on why the containers are not working as expected.

enable Logging:Console:LogLevel:Default: Debug and see if that provides any errors or root cause.

The docker log shows the request has finished but query with result ID does not return the results json.

I tried using Azure AI Document Intelligence studio container to analyse custom docs and it is the same. The analysis process runs forever and never returns the results json.

I would suggest you, please try running the container with higher config? like memory allocated for container and check again?
