How to get Employees Hierarchy

Hi,
My requirement is as follows: I would like to obtain Employee Wise Hierarchy (Bottom Employees to Top Employees) using SP.
Note (Role): NH is Level-1(Top Level) VH is Level-2 AVP is Level-3 RM is Level-4 DRM is Level-5 BM is Level-6 TH is Level-7 FLS (Bottom Level)
My Table:
My table contain All employees ID, all employees name, designation, along with their manager name and manager id
this is the reference image which i used in SQL As well as in power bi but i did'nt get the answer please suggest
OUTPUT should be like this
NOTE( if the BM reports BM so we need to move BM2 in next column And this stituation is same as in TH )

2024-11-29T11:58:23.02+00:00 Thank you for your response. I'm using SQL Database and I also tried this with using power bi too. I have a table with employee data, including employee ID, name, designation, manager name, and manager ID.
I'd like to create a hierarchical structure showing the reporting lines from bottom (FLS) to top (NH). If an employee reports to someone with the same designation (e.g., BM reports to BM), I'd like to show the next level of hierarchy.
Could you please guide me on how to achieve this using SQL or Power BI?
