How to generate a PDF using azure service

Bhowra.Ink (dotnet add package Bhowra.Ink) is a good fit here: it's a pure-C#, zero-dependency HTML-to-PDF renderer for .NET 8. Because it has no headless-browser/Chromium dependency, cold starts are fast (~less than 1MB single DLL), which matters a lot for serverless. It supports modern CSS (flexbox, grid, gradients, transforms), SVG, PDF/A-2b and PDF/UA-1 output, encryption (RC4-128/AES-256), and RTL scripts like Arabic and Hebrew.

One thing to flag: it's a commercial package that runs fully without a license key, but unlicensed output carries a "TRIAL VERSION" watermark until you activate a license.

In Azure, the typical pattern is to generate the PDF in-memory (ConvertToBytes/ConvertToStream) inside your Function or Web App, then return it directly to the caller or write it to Blob Storage — no separate conversion service needed.
