Bug: Comment on an Answer often not visible
When I post a Comment to an Answer in the Q&A forum, often the Comment does not display, unless I post a second Comment. Is this a known issue?

On the wishlist (at least for infrequent contributors) is a system generated notification through the browser indicating possible delays. Edit: By comparison this very comment showed up instantaneously!

In addition, over the past days, I have seen a lot of slowness in the forums, with user interface buttons missing, pages taking a long time to load etc. It seems that this doesn't affect everybody, though, which may make troubleshooting more difficult.

Laurie Stearn • 131 Reputation points2026-03-07T19:02:16.6866667+00:00 @Neil D The issue was with this thread: Exchange Online Plan Transferral, response on it has improved now. The bot came late, too, and nuked the posts containing characters grouped by forward slash. All good!

2026-03-07T19:31:41.9033333+00:00 I was going to say the AI may be aggressive sometimes and delete posts immediately. Edit: yes I can see where posts were deleted in Exchange Online Plan Transferral.
In future if this happens then post to the Community forum tag > bugs and ask for the post to be reinstated. Please post a link to the question to be sure we can get the right one.

Good point, the spam filter may be aggressive.
