Need help with Microsoft Store and Photos

I am encountering problems when trying to use Microsoft Store and Microsoft Photos. Can someone please help me resolve this issue? I am not very experienced in dealing with this kind of problem. Also, I have attached a screenshot to show the problem encountered.
