Hello,

I'm seeking advice on where I can find the Microsoft Teams Rooms app to install on my Intel NUC mini PC, which is connected to a Logitech dock. I've successfully installed Windows 10 Pro on my Intel NUC, but when I visited this page (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/rooms/manual-update), the steps provided seem to be intended for Surface devices. I'm currently looking for the app to install on my machine but have been unable to find it anywhere on the web.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @Salar Sanati

According to the Microsoft support document, Intel NUC is certified under the Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows Certification Program.

I've successfully installed Windows 10 Pro on my Intel NUC.

Based on our research, you need to Install Windows IoT Enterprise or Windows Enterprise SKU on your Intel NUC. Windows Pro or Home edition are not supported.

And then connect your Intel NUC to the Logitech dock and any other peripherals you want to use with Teams Rooms. After the Microsoft Teams Rooms installation is complete, launch the app and follow the article to set up your Teams Rooms device.

Hope the above information is helpful for you!

    Dear Support Team,

We followed the deployment procedure described in the following guide to convert our ASUS NUC devices into Microsoft Teams Rooms systems:

    https://www.burgerhout.org/gettings-started-with-microsoft-teams-rooms-part-2/

    The target hardware is:

    • ASUS NUC 14 Pro (Intel Core Ultra 5-125H)
    • 16GB DDR5 RAM
    • 500GB NVMe SSD
    • Logitech Tap Controller (P/N: 939-001796)

According to the project requirements, the solution must provide:

    • Teams Room-certified PC
    • Official Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) image
    • Full integration with Logitech Tap
    • Microsoft Teams Rooms licensing
    • Complete MTR functionality and compliance

We prepared the ASUS NUC devices according to the documented installation steps and attempted to deploy Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows. However, we were unsuccessful in completing the installation and obtaining a fully operational MTR system.

Could you please advise on the following:

    1. Is ASUS NUC 14 Pro officially supported for Microsoft Teams Rooms deployments with Logitech Tap?
    2. Are there any additional Logitech drivers, firmware packages, BIOS settings, or deployment tools required?
    3. Is there an official Logitech or Microsoft MTR image available for ASUS NUC devices?
    4. Are there any known limitations when using ASUS NUC instead of the discontinued Intel NUC platform?
    5. Could you provide the recommended deployment procedure to achieve a fully certified and supported Microsoft Teams Rooms installation?

Any deployment guide, image package, recovery media, or technical documentation you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your support and assistance.
