We were able to get past this issue by changing the Timezone. In our case we changed it from GMT to CET, and then it went through - not obvious why, possibly something to do with daylight saving being out of sync, or possibly only some of the Timezones work for the payment. It still used the correct currency, and we were able to change back to the correct Timezone after paying, before submitting the ticket. Hope this helps someone.
Microsoft Professional Support Credit Card Payment
Hello,
we are trying to open a ticket via Microsoft Professional Support (pay-per-incident) with our Live-ID.
https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness/create
Unfortunately, when making a credit card payment, we always receive the following error message:
"The tax calculation was not successful, please try again later".
We are trying to open the ticket from Germany with a German credit card.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
Thanks in advance for your answers.
