My previous reply was from 3 years ago. Here is Microsoft's current information: What are the file sizes supported by Microsoft 365 for the web? The numbers are the same for cloud storage partners and for end users.
That file size should be under the limit. Here is Microsoft's page about file sizes supported by Office web versions:

You can report a bug in Word for the web by choosing Help>Feedback>Report a problem. You can upload a sample file with your report. Submitting a report sends it to the Office for the web team, they are unlikely to reply.
