Locating files attached to my question

I posted a question titled "Defining Treatment Episodes" this morning. I successfully uploaded my small excel file in text format before I posted the question. But I do not seem to see it when I check back. I am wondering if the data file is available to the community to work on to answer my question. Any idea?

Yes, I have checked your another thread "Defining Treatment Episodes", there is no attachment.
