How to use the custom package from azure devops artifacts(python package feed) in Azure functions

Hi,

We have azure devops artifacts(python package feed) and few functions to be imported from this package and use them in Azure functions. We have tried adding configuration settings of Azure functions as "PIP_EXTRA_INDEX_URL" and it's value is python package feed "https://******@pkgs.dev.azure.com/DevOps/_packaging/project/pypi/simple/". In requirements.txt added the package name. While deploying the function to function app it's installing the custom package but in remote when tried to open the azure function it shows as "runtime is unreachable". Not sure what is causing this but deployment shows successful.
