Our client have the AzureStorSimple ShrdSvr ALNG SubsVL MVL StdSpprt subscription til 31Mar2023.
If the EOSL. does it mean the "period of Jan to Mar" which customer paid. they wont be able to get support?
They are asking for refund...

Hi Andrew,
If this is the hardware support SKU, this ended at the end of December per https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/updates/storsimpleeol/. Your client should raise a billing support ticket and ask for Jan-March to be refunded. Is the client actively migrating off StorSimple given the EOL was in December 2022?
