How do you print your certifications from the website now? Before it used to be you go to certifications on your profile and then you have the options of either print or share and now I don't have those options anymore. Any suggestions...

I'm getting the option to print the certificate, but the format is quite bad compared to the old version. I'm not able to get a "clean" print of the certificate anymore, just kind of a "picture" of the certificate in the middle of a A4 page. Anyone found a better way to do this?

I totally agree… yes, you can print/save a pdf but it looks really bad.

You can print and adjust (increase) the scale at the print properties.

I have to agree and sorry to dig MS out, but this way of printing your cart is not great. I like to print mine out and hang it on the wall, but it comes out a little like a plane ticket.

I have the same problem. When I want to print my certificate, after the PDF is created, the page shows a blue blank screen. I can download the PDF file, but when I open it, there's just a blue/blank background with no visible text. However, I can select and copy text from the PDF, which means the content is actually there but invisible. I've tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and different PDF viewers, but the issue persists. The certificate appears correctly on the Microsoft Learn website, but the downloaded PDF is unusable. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution?

I finally found where to print my certificate (after looping around the learn pages): In the Profile page, choose 'Credentials' from left menu, then in the 'Certifications' section, that shows your certification, click on 'view credential details'. You'll see your official certificate and option of 'Print; at top right of the page. Cheers!

I just fed the "plane ticket" pdf to an AI and told it to fix it for DIN A4.

But come on, Microsoft, this is embarassing! Would it kill you to generate a properly formatted certificate?

Go to your profile and under certifications click view certification details and then print certificate.

It takes me to Pearson Vue instead of showing the details to print out the certificates. Any suggestions?
